I first met Mike Hoffann a couple
of years ago when I faced a problem with my garden pond. (He was not the
original builder of my water feature.) I called Wes-Tech - who I trust
and rely on as a supplier of my water feature needs. I asked if they
would recommend their top three water feature contractors. Mike's name
came up first so I called him. Although busy, he quickly arrived,
assessed the problem and solved it effectively. I was impressed with his
honest, straightforward approach, and his concern that the problem be
solved as economically as possible.
Last week, I was confronted with another pond problem, while facing two
quickly oncoming Open Houses, since my house had just gone up for sale.
The real estate description noted "The beautiful bubbling pond in the
garden" - and it certainly wasn't bubbling or beautiful! I called Mike,
knowing that he would be facing a hectic work schedule over a holiday
weekend at the one of the busiest times of his year. He came promptly,
assessed the problem and solved it in time for the Open Houses. It was
only a small job compared to much of his work load, but he treated it as
importantly as it was to me at that moment.
I can unreservedly recommend Mike Hofmann based on my experiences. I
think you'll find him a helpful, creative, trustworthy contractor, who
works hard to solve his client's problem whether large or small.
